Service Description

We will discuss the challenges you are experiencing in your body and assess some of the factors that are causing them (not limited to triggers produced by nutrition). Our habits or lack of routines can cause unalignment in our physical being while simultaneously causing friction to our energetic being and frequency. The goal is to zoom in on the roots so that we can provide a plan of action for the clients' functional nutrition counseling/nutrition planning session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done within 24 hours prior to sessions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances we can reschedule to another date or refund 75% of session fee.
